If something is unclear or goes wrong while you're using KKUK, email the address above. English and Korean are both fine.
What helps when you write in

Subscriptions and payment
Payment, changes, and cancellation for a Premium subscription are all handled by the Apple App Store. You can review and cancel it any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.
The operator never collects or stores payment details such as card numbers or bank accounts.
If you were charged but Premium didn't turn on, tap Restore at the top right of the purchase screen first. If that doesn't do it, email us.
Where are my records stored
Stamps, notes, and photos are stored on your device. There is no account and no sign-in.
iCloud sync is off by default. When you turn it on, your data is copied only to the private database tied to your own Apple Account, and the operator cannot see its contents.
The full details are in the Privacy Policy.
If I delete the app, do my records go too
Yes. Records live on your device, so deleting the app deletes them. If you had iCloud sync turned on, you can pick up where you left off on another device signed in to the same Apple Account.
